Well, it’s official. Kenyans are everywhere. The Miss Tourism Queen International beauty pageant (I wonder how many beauty pageants there are in the world today!!) was held in Zhengzhou City; one of China’s ancient capital cities and today is a model metropolitan city with diverse culture, top-notch technology and historical tourist attractions.
Gorgeous Sellah Bongokoh represented us with elegance and grace and was one of 14 African contestants out of a group of 120. Good to see Kenya represented here. Jamati has the scoop for us.

How many Kenyans even knew this contest existed. The idea is to build exposure and to help us celebrate the best things about us. We as Kenyans are achieving and nobody is talking about the achievements as much.
We, however, have no problem tearing each other down at the slightest opportunity…really sad.
