Lydiah Bosire holds an MPA and a BA in government with a concentration in international relations, both from Cornell University. She has been involved in a wide range of projects focused on the rights of youth to participate in the policy dialogue on reproductive health and HIV/AIDS. She is also co-founder of Youth Against AIDS, an international network of organizations and activists, and in that capacity, she has worked with such organizations as the UN Youth Unit and UNICEF. Most recently, with Family Health International, Ms. Bosire was coordinator for the Barcelona YouthForce, bringing together more than 40 different organizations, key stakeholders, and the media around the youth platform at the 14th International AIDS Conference in Barcelona, Spain. She was also a student delegate to Václav Havel’s Forum 2000. She currently works with the International Center for Transitional Justice and is on the Keep A Child Alive board of directors.
