John Oyaro has been making the difference in the cuisine at Marwell Hotels in Hampshire, UK. His food is the reason people keep coming back, and their way of associating with a true African experience at this Bespoke Hotel. He previously worked at Arkles Wine Bar and Restaurant, and was instrumental in creating tasty lunch and dinner menus, working keenly with local suppliers and producers to serve imaginative, well priced dishes and exciting daily specials.
