2010 OUTDOOR: Set the school record in the 800M with a time of 2:04.35 … qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 800M and ran a 2:06.81 in the prelims … All-Big 12 in the 800M after placing fourth … member of the distance medley relay that won the Texas Relay title.

2010 INDOOR: All-American as a member of the distance medley relay … Big 12 Champion in the 800M and distance medley relay … finished the year with a season-best time of 2:07.04 in the 800 … second place in the mile at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … season best of 4:41.31 in the mile … member of the school record distance medley relay that ran a time of 11:09.53 … set the school record in the 4x800M relay with a time of 8:57.70

WAYLAND BAPTIST: Named 11-time NAIA All-American and all-conference … apart of the two NAIA Indoor and two NAIA Outdoor National title teams … finished 5th at the NAIA National Cross Country Championships
